Marilou Suszko

Les Dames d'Escoffier International, the Ohio Farm Bureau, Innovative Farmers of Ohio, and the Ohio Ecological Food and Farm Association.
“Local, seasonal food has a true advocate in Marilou Susko. Her delightful book reminds us that there needn’t be great distances or a ‘disconnect’ between family farms and the American dinner table. As her book clearly illustrates, farmers are the best partners a cook can find.”
Parker Bosley, Field Consultant for the north Union Farmers’ Markets, Cleveland and former owner of Parker’s New American Bistro, Ohio City
"You will be amazed at how good food tastes when you know who is responsible for getting them to your plate."
